Paul Cardarelli
Vice President of Sales, JETNET, LLC
Paul Cardarelli, VP of Sales, JETNET, has been with the company from its inception in 1988, and today is responsible for all JETNET subscription sales worldwide. In 2011 he participated in the launch of the JETNET iQ Business Aviation Forecast Service tailored to the strategic planning needs of OEMs and tier I and II suppliers.
Mr. Cardarelli is JETNET’s delegate to the NBAA Leadership Council, a member of the Business Aviation Subcommittee of the Transportation Research Board of the National Academies, and serves on the board of the National Aircraft Resale Association. He earned his private pilot certificate in 1981.
Larry Flynn
President of Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation (Retired)
Larry Flynn retired in 2015 as Vice President of General Dynamics and President of its business jet manufacturing subsidiary, Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. During his 20-year tenure, he also held the positions of SVP Marketing & Sales, President of Product Support, and VP Aircraft Services. Prior to joining Gulfstream, Mr. Flynn spent more than 20 years in senior positions at Stevens Aviation, Signature Flight Support, and AMR Combs.
Mr. Flynn is also a member of the Duncan Aviation and Capital Aircraft Group advisory boards. He holds a BA in Business Administration and an MA in Manpower Management from the University of Kansas.
Tony Kioussis
President, Asset Insight, LLC
Mr. Kioussis’ 40+ years of aviation experience includes GE Capital Corporate Aircraft Finance, Jet Aviation, and Jet Support Services, Inc. His company offers valuations, audits, maintenance analytics, and aviation consulting services, along with eValues™, an online service providing Current and Residual business aircraft valuations. Mr.Kioussis is the host of the Asset Insight podcast where he and his guests discuss the five stages of aircraft ownership.
Mr. Kioussis serves as Board Secretary for the National Aircraft Finance Association, and has been Chairman of the International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA) Products and Services Council. He holds a BS from Florida Institute of Technology, has completed graduate studies at New York’s Pace University toward a MBA in Finance, and is a licensed pilot.
Dick Koenig
Publishing Consultant & Advisor
Publisher, pilot, and tireless advocate, Dick Koenig has worked passionately for general and business aviation for 50+ years. VP/Publisher of Flying Magazine for four decades, founding director and treasurer of Women In Aviation International, he serves on the boards of Sun ’n Fun and NAA, and on the Angel Jet Network and Embry Riddle President’s Advisory Boards.
A former board member of the Lindbergh Foundation and Corporate Angel Network, he was CAN’s Executive Director. He is a 21-year retired Army aviator flying helicopter gunships and Skycranes with two RVN tours, 5,000 hours, and ATP and CFII ratings in both fixed and rotary.
Joe Moeggenberg
President & CEO, ARGUS International
Mr. Moeggenberg has more than 30 years’ experience in the aviation industry, beginning as a Cessna Aircraft salesman and demonstration pilot. In 1977, he founded American Air Services, which was acquired by NetJets in 1987 and renamed Executive Jet Management (EJM). In 1992, he assumed additional responsibilities as president of NetJets.
Mr. Moeggenberg left in 1995 to found ARGUS International, Inc., an aviation consulting and audit company specializing in market intelligence data and research services, aviation consulting, onsite safety audits, and Safety Management Systems (SMS) solutions. He is a commercial rated pilot with more than 4,000 hours of flight experience.
Louis C. Seno
Chairman Emeritus, Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI)
Vice President, 2016 Recipient, NBAA’s Doswell Business Aviation Lifelong Achievement Award
Previously president and chairman of JSSI, Mr. Seno continues to provide counsel to its Board. Prior to JSSI, he held senior management positions in the business aircraft units at Boeing Capital Corp. and GE Capital Solutions. As VP of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Mr. Seno established its Office of Corporate Relations and Government Affairs, and was a member of its President’s Advisory Board and Board of Trustees.
He currently serves on the EAA Board of Directors and the General Aviation Manufacturers Association’s Communications Committee. Seno previously served on the Flight Safety Foundation Board of Governors, and the Boards of Duncan Aviation and the National Aircraft Resale Association.
Nel Stubbs
Vice President and Corporate Secretary, Conklin & de Decker Associates, a JSSI Company
In the business aviation industry for more than 30 years, Ms. Stubbs consults to numerous companies and individuals on aviation tax issues. Her expertise also includes helping aircraft owners structure their aircraft ownership to maintain regulatory compliance and financial & budgeting planning. Instrumental in developing the Conklin & de Decker seminar program, Ms. Stubbs developed the tax seminar program for the National Business Aviation Association during her tenure there. She is a United States Air Force veteran and has a BA in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Science. She is based at its Prescott, Arizona office.
Shelley A. Svoren

Shelley A. Svoren, the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Infinite Branches, is devoted to those advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the aviation industry who define aviation matters regarding tax, legal, regulatory, leasing, and valuation.
Her 30-year career includes financial management capacities in banking and regulatory organizations as well as technology and multinational consumer brands; developing and managing detailed and multi-national budgets; structuring complex credit facilities; providing customized analyses to identify new niche market opportunities; and developing and managing client, referral, and financing relationships.
She serves on the board of the International Aviation Women’s Association (IAWA), and NBAA’s Diversity Equity Inclusion Working Group.
Rolland (Rollie) Vincent
Founder, President, Rolland Vincent Associates, LLC
Rolland (Rollie) Vincent is the founder, co-owner, and president of Rolland Vincent Associates, LLC, a consultancy focused on aviation market research, strategy, and forecasting. With almost 40 years of aviation industry experience, he held previous positions in strategy, marketing, business development, economics, and aviation statistics at Textron/Cessna, Bombardier, Flexjet, and ICAO.
In 2010, RVA partnered with JETNET to create JETNET iQ, a respected source of independent market intelligence incorporating proprietary voices-of-the-customer research and syndicated state-of-the-industry reports. The past chairman of the U.S. Transportation Research Board’s Standing Committee on Light Commercial and General Aviation, he is a private pilot and lifelong aviation aficionado.
